As a Transaction Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting MIRAI's transaction and M&A activities across Europe. Working closely with senior management, you will help evaluate investment opportunities, manage transaction processes, conduct financial analyses, and coordinate with investors, advisors, and other stakeholders to drive the growth of our renewable energy platform.

Your Contribution to the Energy Transition
  • Support buy-side and sell-side transaction activities, including the evaluation of investment opportunities and the preparation of investment materials for internal approvals and transaction processes.
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence processes for renewable energy and energy storage assets in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Conduct financial modelling, market analysis, and asset valuations to support investment decisions, project acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
  • Collaborate with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders while supporting the expansion of MIRAI's professional network and partnerships.
  • Coordinate the work of legal, tax, accounting, technical, and financial advisors and support the execution of project finance and M&A processes.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or a comparable environment.
  • Strong experience in valuation, financial analysis, transaction execution, and commercial negotiations, ideally across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Solid understanding of renewable energy project development, energy infrastructure, and project finance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills combined with strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages, particularly German, are a strong advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams, perform under pressure, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
