🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate Functions

📄 Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
📍 Hybrid – London

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients across a broad range of Corporate functions.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across areas including Marketing, Finance and Legal, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent at pace.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as a true talent partner to the business — combining strong sourcing skills, data-driven insight and effective stakeholder management to shape recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns across Corporate functions

  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, confidently influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels

  • Develop and deliver proactive, innovative sourcing strategies across active and passive talent pools

  • Use recruitment data and reporting to identify trends, measure performance and help hiring managers make better decisions

  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Work confidently with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across recruitment processes and ways of working

  • Act as a proactive and trusted partner, bringing ideas and solutions to the client

🔍 What You Bring

  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer and acceptance

  • Experience managing recruitment across Corporate functions, particularly Marketing, Finance or Legal

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end, high-volume recruitment campaigns

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and advise at all levels

  • Experience using ATS platforms and producing recruitment reporting and insights

  • A data-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes

  • A proactive and innovative approach to sourcing talent and improving recruitment processes

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • A collaborative, adaptable and outcomes-focused approach
