We combine deep insurance expertise with business architecture, operating model design, data, digital, AI and technology capabilities to help clients transform underwriting, claims, operations and finance.   We are particularly interested in individuals who bring strong expertise in Data, Digital & AI Transformation or Business solution Architecture & Industry SME knowledge delivering complex change. Candidates are not expected to specialise in both areas.  <h3>What you will be doing</h3> At Senior Manager level: <ul> <li> Lead complex Specialty Insurance transformation programmes, bringing expertise in data, digital, AI or business solution architecture/operating model transformation.  </li> <li> Work with senior client stakeholders to define strategies, design practical solutions and deliver measurable outcomes across underwriting, claims, operations and finance.  </li> <li> Lead multidisciplinary teams across business and technology, managing delivery, governance, risks and dependencies.  </li> <li> Apply specialist knowledge to deliver either data and AI strategies, automation solutions, target operating models, business process redesign or wider technology-enabled transformation.  </li> <li> Build trusted client relationships, contribute to proposals and business development, and support the growth of our Specialty Insurance capabilities. </li> </ul> At Director level: <ul> <li> Shape and lead our Specialty Insurance transformation propositions, with a particular focus on Data, Digital & AI and technology-enabled business change.  </li> <li> Originate, shape and sell large-scale transformation programmes, building relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders across the London Market and Specialty Insurance sector.  </li> <li> Provide strategic advisory leadership across either data and AI strategy, business architecture, operating model transformation and complex business change.  </li> <li> Lead strategic accounts and multidisciplinary programmes, taking accountability for commercial performance, client relationships and delivery outcomes.  </li> <li> Drive proposition development, go-to-market activity and capability building, developing high-performing teams and strengthening Baringa's market presence.  </li> </ul> <h3>  Your skills and experience   </h3> At Senior Manager level: <ul> <li> Strong experience within Specialty Insurance, the London Market or insurance consulting, with functional knowledge across underwriting, claims, operations or finance.  </li> <li> Demonstrable expertise in at least one of our priority areas: Data, Digital & AI (including data strategy, governance, GenAI, automation and technology transformation) or Business Architecture & Transformation (including target operating models, capability modelling, process redesign and organisational change).  </li> <li> Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes, multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder relationships.  </li> <li> Ability to translate strategic and technical challenges into practical business solutions, working effectively across business and technology functions.  </li> <li> Commercial awareness and experience contributing to client relationships, proposals, proposition development and business development.  </li> </ul> At Director level: <ul> <li> Significant senior leadership experience within Specialty Insurance, the London Market or insurance consulting, with established market credibility and executive relationships.  </li> <li> Deep expertise in Data, Digital & AI transformation or business architecture and operating model change, with the ability to shape and lead complex insurance transformation agendas.  </li> <li> Demonstrable track record of originating, shaping and selling large-scale consulting or transformation engagements, alongside strategic account management and commercial growth.  </li> <li> Strong experience advising executive and C-suite stakeholders, translating emerging technology and business transformation opportunities into compelling client propositions.  </li> <li> Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, proposition development, capability building and talent development.  </li> </ul>   <h2>What a career at Baringa will give you </h2> <h3> Putting People First. </h3> <h3>Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
