Whether you’re already managing people or just stepping into leadership, we provide everything you need: a 100% scripted sales process, inbound leads, and a 33% close ratio from set appointments.

You’ll be leading from the front—closing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.

• Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script

• Manage your personal book of inbound leads

• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)

• Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success

• Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls

• Leadership or team-building mindset

• Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus

• No license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow

• Fully remote work with control over your schedule

• Commission-only compensation with monthly bonuses and overrides

• Warm, inbound leads — no cold calling or prospecting

• Average full-time income: $90,000–$150,000+ annually
