This means we’re perfectly positioned to deliver to our vision and keep our place at the top of a fast-moving, global industry.   It's an incredibly exciting time to join the team, and we’re always looking for talented people who share our vision and values to drive our Nutrition & Wellness movement forward.  Role: Paid Social Manager (Clothing) Area / Brand: Paid Media / Clothing Reporting to: Head of Paid Media About the role    A <h2>he Role</h2> As Paid Social Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy, execution and optimisation of our paid social activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok and other relevant social channels. You'll be a commercially minded performance marketer who understands how to combine compelling creative with data-led optimisation to drive growth. You'll work closely with our Creative, Brand, E-commerce and wider Marketing teams to develop campaigns that deliver both short-term performance and long-term brand growth. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the continued growth of MP Activewear. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Own and execute the paid social strategy across key platforms, primarily Meta and TikTok.</li> <li>Manage significant paid social budgets, ensuring investment is aligned with commercial objectives.</li> <li>Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across the full customer journey, from acquisition through to conversion and retention.</li> <li>Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and customer value.</li> <li>Develop and manage structured testing programmes across creative, audiences, messaging, formats and placements.</li> <li>Work closely with the Creative team to develop high-performing, performance-led advertising concepts.</li> <li>Use campaign and customer data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for growth.</li> <li>Analyse creative performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Stay ahead of changes across Meta, TikTok and the wider paid social landscape.</li> <li>Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.</li> <li>Own regular paid social reporting, communicating performance, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.</li> <li>Collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, Brand and wider Marketing teams to ensure paid social activity supports broader business objectives.</li> <li>Support the testing and launch of new social platforms, formats and opportunities as the business evolves.</li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, creative-minded and highly analytical, with a genuine passion for paid social and digital marketing. You'll ideally have: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok.</li> <li>Experience managing significant paid social budgets with clear responsibility for performance.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of paid social strategy, campaign structures, targeting, bidding and optimisation.</li> <li>A strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR and LTV.</li> <li>Experience developing and implementing structured creative testing strategies.</li> <li>A strong understanding of how creative impacts paid social performance.</li> <li>The ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into clear actions.</li> <li>Experience working closely with creative teams to produce and scale winning advertising.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider e-commerce customer journey.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to test, learn and challenge the status quo.</li> </ul> Experience within fashion, activewear, fitness, beauty or another consumer/e-commerce brand would be advantageous.
