• Planning, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) across different markets
• Building and refining audience targeting, keyword strategy, and bidding approaches

• Monitoring performance and continuously optimizing for ROAS, CPA, and other key metrics
• Running A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Setting up and maintaining tracking and reporting (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio dashboards) to keep campaign data clean and actionable
• Preparing regular performance reports and sharing insights with the team
• Over time, helping set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (audience building, creative testing, pixel/conversion tracking, budget allocation)

• Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads — you know how to build a campaign from scratch and read the numbers behind it
• A good understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and bid strategies
• Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar tools) for tracking and reporting
• Basic SEO knowledge — understanding how paid and organic search complement each other
• Meta Ads experience is a big plus
• Experience in service-based industries or travel/tourism is a plus
• Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)

• Proactive attitude — someone who likes testing ideas and improving results, not just following a checklist

• A friendly team that's always ready to help you settle in and grow
• Weekly company-sponsored lunches
• Free drinks in the office
• Permanent contract
