This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis, HR systems, reporting and process improvement while working closely with stakeholders across the business.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a point of contact for data, reporting and HRIS queries.</li> <li>Produce accurate scheduled and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders across the organisation.</li> <li>Extract, clean and transform data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis.</li> <li>Refresh and quality-check dashboards to ensure information remains current and reliable.</li> <li>Analyse people data, highlighting relevant insights.</li> <li>Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies in people systems.</li> <li>Support automation and process-improvement initiatives that reduce manual administration across the People Team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and experience</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Essential skills and experience</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Be inquisitive and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas (VLOOKUP’s etc.) and data manipulation.
