What Youâll Do
- Design visual systems, frames, and assets for video and motion projects
- Support branding, layout, and visual storytelling needs
- Translate concepts into clean, purposeful designs
- Prepare files for animation and production workflows
- Strong design fundamentals and visual judgment
- Experience designing for motion or video
- Clear communication and reliable delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Remote-first and flexible
- Project-based engagements with clear scopes and timelines
- Respectful collaboration â we treat freelancers like partners, not resources
- Clear feedback, fair rates, and no last-minute chaos whenever possible
