CMS specialises in providing technical and management support to programs, and implementing innovative projects in Health, Education and Social Development. CMS succeeds by leveraging Community assets, institutionalising Data use for action and deploying Information and Communications Technology (ICT). CMS Health and Rural Development (HARD) Foundation operates as a community-based arm of CMS, with a focus on working with communities to provide stewardship of primary healthcare services, strengthening community involvement in the planning and implementation of health services, and increasing community voices in health and social development at all levels.
