We often talk about the "hustle,"  and the energy. But what happens when the light feels dim? What do you do when getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain, yet the business, the career, and the relationship still need you?

Here is how to protect your progress without burning yourself out:

1. Lower the Bar, But Don't Drop It (The "Minimum Viable Day") 📉
On your darkest days, don't try to be a superhero. Instead of trying to crush 20 tasks, pick three non-negotiables. Maybe it’s just replying to urgent inquiries, posting one status, and checking stock. Doing *something* small keeps the momentum alive so you don't wake up later feeling the guilt of a total collapse.

2. Automate Your "Executive Presence"** 🤖
This is where being the ceo or professional" saves you. Use automation tools. Schedule your social media posts in advance when you *do* have energy. Set up auto-replies on WhatsApp. Let the systems work for you while you take the time to breathe. Your business should be a machine that runs, even when the pilot needs a break.

3. The "Poise over Perfection" Rule in Relationships** 🤝
Depression often makes us want to isolate. Don't push your partner away, but don't feel forced to "perform" happiness either. Communicate the 'Low Battery': Simply say, "I’m going through a heavy emotional season right now. I might be a bit quiet, but it’s not about you. I just need your grace while I recharge." True partners respect a woman who knows her boundaries.

4. Change Your "Self-Talk" Script. 🗣️
When you're depressed, your mind tells you that you're failing. That is a lie. Instead of saying, "I'm being lazy," say, "I am currently recovering." Instead of saying, "My business is dying,"say, "My business is on 'Battery Saver' mode while I fix the engine."
